We all know cannabis oil is UV and heat sensitive. Our customer wants to put their oil into cartridges which is UV proof so that they can let end user taste their pure and original oil without degration.

All cartridge in market is not UV proof no matter glass or plastic, and ordinary painting on reservoir will bring in harmful elements which is a big violation to FDA compliance.

Cannbro took the challenge and developed an UV proof film with low adhesiveness on back side.

Cannbro also leverage our strong automation capabilities to precisely attach this thin UV proof film on glass reservoir.

The Result

Our client becomes the 1st one to put their oil into an UV proof cartridge, which distinguish our client from all others in terms of user experience. It is no longer a surprise that our client is becoming a big success in very short time.

The Challenge

Our customer has a wide range of vaping product line with different effects. They defines each effect with a pantone color and wants their carts ceramic mouthpiece to match these pantone colors.

In the whole industry, all ceramic mouthpiece is either white or black, no one really matches ceramic to various pantone colors.

The Challenge

Our customer dominates female markets in this industry, their oil profile is so unique which combines CBD, THC and a pretty large amount of terpene.

Their oil has a much lower vaporization point and its rich terpene requires a slow and tender heating curve to deliver full flavor and effects.

Generic disposable pen does not regulate output power and heat coil to red immediately and it damages its flavor as soon as oil touches red coil.

Cannbro made a deeper dive to understand our customer oil and capture its key factors like viscosity, Vaporization point etc. We re-programmed micro chip to lower starting temperature and prolong heating time before it reaches peak temperature.

We twisted heating curve to perfectly match the oil profile, it bakes oil tenderly and allow end user to taste each layer of flavor from the first draw to last.

The Challenge

Our partner is a startup, their oil is very popular with CannBro carts and disposables. They need speed up their products into market however it is almost impossible for them to plan ahead for forecast or safety stock. Time to time, they have to wait weeks till carts and disposables arrival so that they can fill them and fulfill their orders. It is a big pain to see some loyal end users have to leave since they do not have products for them.

Our partner is one of pioneers in this cannabis industry, they have very wide product lines including vaping products, tincture, water, topicals etc. They have to manage more than one hundred suppliers in their daily operation, which is a big distraction to their core business, as well as huge cost.

The Challenge

Our client is a great environmentalist, they are using CannBro carts but they want their products to be as green as possible. Almost all players in this industry are trying to cut down pricing and not many people care that much about environmental friendly products. Therefore, the whole supply chain does not support a greener products.

CannBro Solution

CannBro give a huge respect to environmental friendly idea, we feel proud of making contributions to design and manufacture a greener product. We break down each individual components in BOM and literally re-design all non environmental friendly components. For example, we replaced traditional plastic with degradable starch based material; we use raw stainless steel to replace anodizing metal. We re-design packaging to replace foams by papers, we even replace traditional ink on the outer carton by soy based ink.

The Result

Working together with our clients, we increase the degradable percentage from 65.3% to 95.5%, both products and its packaging included.
